Job Title:Director of Human Resources Job Function:Security Location:Burlington, MA Industry:Technology Job Number:JO-1902-1192We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources professional to drive a culture of high performance and strong levels of engagement. Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Human Resource, will be responsible for leading global people operations.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of HR is a trusted advisor who works with all levels of management to recruit and support the human resources essential to achieve the organization' s mission, strategic goals and operational requirements. ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across people initiatives in line with company goals, including: performance management, skills development (L&D), career pathing, employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.Manage employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, learning and development, etc.

Work directly with directors and managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.Partner with functional divisions to develop the culture, promote mission and values, and retention of top talent.Improve global cross company communication and collaboration with a focus on customer centricity.

Understand business priorities and translate them into an HR plan that drives results in support of strategic business initiatives.Keep policies current and ensure compliance across all offices relating to compensation, benefits, employment and labor practices, and similar aspects of human resource management.Manage and mentor global people operations team members.

Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the company's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goalsRequired SkillsMust have strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong business, analytics and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and initiative. High level of emotional intelligence.

Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations and cursory knowledge of the basic laws and talent practices in the countries where we have offices(currently in India, Canada). Employee relations and change management.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, making both strategic and tactical decisions on sensitive, confidential issues.

Ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization to achieve results.QualificationsBachelor's Degree, required, Master' s Degree in related field and professional certification including (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) highly desirable.7-10 years of progressive strategic experience in Human Resources (including process, procedure, and best practices), preferably in a start-up tech environment.

Experience with building and scaling performance management, employee retention, and culture improvement programs.Talent acquisition experience, specifically building sales and engineering teams.Experience with best practices in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.

Prior experience, leading global HR operations, experience in India and Canada, preferred
